[Halld-tracking-hw] CDC components

Hi Tim -

    is there any way to speed up the plastic donuts and feedthroughs? 
They all need to be
checked before we can start putting straws in and any headway we can 
make on that
would be very helpful.  We do not need the pin holders (which we 
changed), but the other
two parts (that were fine) would be extremely helpful to get this month.
