[Halld-tracking-hw] CDC components

Hi Curtis,

All 3 plastic pieces are run in the same mold. They will make samples 
again in a week or two. We can check them quickly and they will run the 
production quantities. I will be surprised if this can all be done 
before July.
I will call them and see what we can do to speed this up.
