[Halld-tracking-hw] Carbon fiber endplates and plastic feedthrus

Hi Curtis,
The feedthrus had a high spot (.0003 inches) near the parting line of
the mold. This is being corrected to bring the parts withing drawing
tolerance, the remaining areas will be unchanged.
