[Halld-tracking-hw] ADC125 paper

Hi,
	I posted the 'conference record' paper (draft) to GlueX-doc-1638-v1. I would 
appreciate any comments or feedback as soon as feasible. I need to submit the 
paper by Nov. 12th. (A day on which I unfortunately have an all-day meeting at 
BNL.) The paper is not for a reviewed journal simply the conference record.
	The paper is in reasonable shape, conveys basically the same material I had on 
the poster. I don't have time to make it more polished, but absolutely if there 
is anything stated incorrectly I would hope to change that, and if there are any 
suggestions for improvement in wording that I can put in relatively quickly I'll 
take those too.
