[Halld-tracking-hw] [Halld-electronics] ADC125 paper

Hi Gerard -

   the paper looks very good. I found a couple of small changes in the 
paper.
First, the number of CDC channels is about 3500. Second, on page two, line
number two of the right-hand column, there appears to be an extra 
"cables" in
the sentence.
