[Halld-tracking-hw] format of CDC/CMU documents

  Hi Everyone -

   I have been trying to improve the format of our final assembly 
documents for
the procedures that we fully understand. I hope to have these done by 
tomorrow,
so if you are looking at these, please hold off a little bit. I think 
that the new format
will more fully reflect all the aspects of the assembly (beyond the 
procedure).
