[Halld-tracking-hw] glue in drift chambers

Does anyone have any experience with using scotch weld DP-460 glue
in gaseous chambers. Mechanically, it appears far superior for gluing
windows and shells than the DP-190 that we have been using, but I
am very reluctant to put an untested substance in the chamber, even if
it is only in contact with the exhaust gas.
