[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC logbook from non-JLab computer (was Re: tracking meeting tomorow)

Folks,

Please ignore that last blank message, sorry about that.

To access the FDC logbook from outside the Lab, you have to use the 
following URL:

   http://wwwold.jlab.org/htbin/PHYSICS/halld/enote112.pl

The same applies for the guest network at the Lab. It likely has been 
like this for a couple of weeks or so.

Remember to refrain from killing the messenger. ;-)
