[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC logbook from non-JLab computer (was Re: tracking meeting tomorow)

Hi Everyone -

   I linked this to the CDC/FDC meeting agenda for September 14. When I 
tried
to go to it, the username (fdc) and password I recalled (f......) didn't 
work, but that
is probably because I can't remember things anymore.
