[Halld-tracking-hw] Track length from CDC signal

This section

https://halldweb1.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CDC_signal_integration_new#change_in_gradient

is showing the relation between CDC "signal duration" (similar to time
over threshold) and the track length that was calculated by the
trackfitting in my analysis code. In the plots pklength is the signal
duration and tracklength is the trackfitted path length through the straw.
For the larger signals (detector tilted) there is a fairly clear
relation between the two.

Would it be useful to output the signal duration from the CDC as well as
the two planned quantities (time and something representing dE)?

Naomi.
