[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC almost inside

For those that were not in the Hall this afternoon (we had about 15 
people helping and watching) I'm attaching a picture with the FDC almost 
inside the magnet, shy just of several inches. The cables have to be 
spread out in order to push the FDC to the final position. There were no 
major issues while inserting it.

This was just a dry run and tomorrow the detector will be pulled back on 
the platform for testing.
