[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC almost inside

Lubomir,
  We need to finish inserting the FDC, detach the cart and get all of 
the cables into the cable trays and determine how they will be supported 
on the face of the magnet.  Once this is determined we will again need a 
large group of people to help pull it back out.
