[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC insertion tomorrow Thu 03/13/14, NO FDC meeting

Hi all,

As we planned we will be inserting the FDC starting tomorrow morning, the
real physical work will happen most likely after 10am. Everybody is 
wellcome to help!

During the past week all the strip channels have been tested with a scope. 
Of about 80 problematic channels, about 50 have been identified as related 
to the conductive tape issue, and these are only in packages 3 and 4, 
except one in package 1. We fixed most of them and now we have 18 channels not 
working: 1 in FDC1, 11 in FDC3, and 6 in FDC4. So, I expect between 18 and 
50 channels not working when the FDC is inserted.
As for the wire channels, all are OK, except some 100-1kHz low amplitude 
noise on some channels in FDC1, and two missing channels due to the 3M 
connectors.
