[Halld-tracking-hw] FDC status

Hi all,

We tried to fix today the LV connector in the third package but it was not successful despite of the significant efforts by Dave, Bill, and Casey. Still I think we gained experience and will work to make tools for such repairs. 

In this case tomorrow morning, as it was planned, we will take the FDC partially back on the platform, fix the LV connector and also 7 wire channels in the first package, most likely due to partially disconnected cable there. Then we will insert it back. The work will start at 8am, 

we will need help at about 9am, so everybody is welcome to help. I hope we will be done by noon.

Anatoly tested all the cathode channels with a scope: before the  insertion last Thursday we had 18 channels not working, now 48, but most of these channels have not been working after the first testing insertion in February and were fixed later. Beni tested all the wire channels with the DAQ, and also some of the cathode channels but at low statistics.
