[Halld] Please avoid the confusion

Hi all,

Looking through the log entries in https://logbooks.jlab.org/book/halld, 
I noticed that people are using the rocid as crate number and this leads 
to confusion. When reporting, please be accurate and state specifically 
if it is crate number or rocid number or controller name. For example, 
crate D2-1-MID or rocid 78 or rocTOF2 refer to the same.
