[Halld] Shifts start tomorrow, 8am (Apr. 18th)

Dear collaborators,

The 2K accelerator cool down went very well and the restoration of the beam is proceeding smoothly. The expectation is that beam tune to Hall B will happens tonight/tomorrow morning. Delivery to Hall A and our Hall will follow. Consequently, there are little chances to see beam until Saturday's day shift. All shift before 8am are in stand-by. Regular shifts start Saturday, Apr. 18th, at 8am.

The RC meetings are now occuring daily. Today at 8:45am, we will briefly discuss our readiness and plan, as well as our plan for a possible 2-week extension of the present schedule.
