[Halld] Start of shifts postponed to 4pm (Apr. 18th)

Dear collaborators,

There is some delay with the restoration of the beam. At the moment, the expectation is that there will be no beam until late afternoon tomorrow. Accelerator will also need to tune beam to Hall B first.

All shifts before Saturday, Apr. 18th, 4pm are in stand-by. Regular shifts start at 4pm.
