[Halld] [New Logentry] Hall-D JInventory DB : Huge Upgrade for FCAL

1. Couple weeks ago a huge amount of items describing FCAL detector were uploaded by Manuel Lara to Hall-D JInventory DB. Among them: 

2800 - FCAL Cells
2800 - FCAL PMTs 
2800 - FCAL Bases
2800 - FCAL Communication Boards
2800 - FCAL TRAN Boards
2800 - FCAL MULT Boards
2800 - FCAL SOCK Boards

Every FCAL Cell normally has PMT and Base.
Every Base normally includes 4 boards: COMM, TRAN, MULT and SOCK.

Paul Smith still continues to upload new spare boards and bases, which he has in his test lab (more than 400 are already uploaded).


2. Another great modification could be found in Hall-D Rack Layout. Now this web page: 
https://halldweb.jlab.org/SP/HallD_Racks/  
includes FCAL Layout.

FCAL name and FCAL detector are clickable, and will redirect user to FCAL Layout web-page. Every Cell is colored accordingly with the legend described on the top of that page. Every Cell is also clickable, and will open a new web-page with detail information about items in this Cell. All information in Layouts is updating nightly (by automatic cron job).


3. Links to Hall-D JInventory DB and Hall-D Rack Layout could be found in Hall D Wiki Main Page on the right side of a page  in "Detector Systems" section under tabs "Hall-D Rack Layout" and "Hall-D JInventory DB" accordingly.
