[Halld] Update on commissioning

Dear collaborators,

The beam had been down since about 3am last night due to a variety of problems, but it just came back (5:10pm). Ken, Hovanes and Paul are resuming the goniometer commissioning. Meanwhile, Sergey will be working of the DAQ commissioning. This will be followed by pair spectrometer trigger studies and gathering more straight track data during the night (Tues-Wed) if possible. Wednesday is the last day Ken Livingstone will be on site so the priority will the goniometer commissioning. The next priority is for Alex Somov to setup the production trigger. The goal is to take production data overnight (Wed-Thur). If we have time tomorrow, we will also start commissioning the beam fast feedback.
