[Halld] offline monitoring results 2015-03 ver03

Dear collaborators,

We have launched a new set of jobs for the data that was taken
in the past week, and they are starting to appear online.
We have reset the numbering scheme so the current version is
RunPeriod-2015-03 ver03.

Since Justin noticed that some of the higher level plugins
were crashing we ran only the basic detector online plugins,
and plots for the higher level plots are not available.

We will also be running cron jobs so that the run information
will be updated, and results of offline monitoring
for new runs will be added to the above pages.
