[Halld] Shifts on standby until Monday 8am

Dear Collaborator,

The PSS mismatch problem (BTM, beam transport monitor, preventing beam delivery to the tagger) is still not fixed. It may be decided to by-pass the BTM since it is believed to be incorrect and since there are other diagnostics that would indicate if the tagger magnet is not properly set-up. The accelerator is looking into the BTM by-pass option. Given this and the time necessary to tune the beam in Hall D, the Sunday shifts are in standby until Monday, 8am.
