[Halld] servers down at JLab, email too

Folks,

This afternoon several servers at the Lab went offline. My understanding 
is that it was due to some central component of virtual machine support 
crashing. Our wiki's were affected. Email was down. Not sure where 
things stand right now.

Obviously email is working now or you would not be seeing this. 
Hopefully you have heard about this already from some more official 
source; if not that is something beyond my personal control.
