[Halld] Starting manning shifts today

Dear collaborators,

This is reminder we will start to man shifts today at 4pm. There has been good progress on the accelerator side regarding the RF separator that will allow high energy beam delivery to both Hall A and Hall D. So there is a good likelihood that accelerator will start tuning beam in Hall D tonight.
