[Halld] Shift and meeting updates

Dear collaborators,

There will be no beam in Hall D until at least Tuesday (March 10th), 4pm. All shifts are cancelled until then. Both Shift Leader and Shift Worker should come at 4pm on tuesday to start their shifts. I'll send a notice if there are further delays. Thank you.

Also, please remember that the run coordination meetings are now occurring daily (8:45am), except week ends.
