[Halld] The solenoid quench and the rest of the program

After a good start we have a setback.

The solenoid quenched on May 2, at 14:37, after staying for about 24h
at 1300A. The quench started in the subcoil 4D. At the moment there is
no indication that it was provoked by anything like a pressure rise or
a voltage spike. Most of the He was blown out through the relief
valve. The magnet and the cryo-plant have been "parked" till Monday.

For the rest of the run (1.3 days) we are planning to take more
straight tracks for the FDC alignment and to continue the trigger/DAQ
studies.

The next steps will be discussed on Monday.
