[Halld] offline monitoring results 2010-10 ver15, 2015-03 ver05

Dear collaborators,

As mentioned in my talk today, we had a double launch last
week that ran over both the fall 2014 and spring 2015 data.
The current versions are RunPeriod-2014-10 ver15 and
RunPeriod-2015-03 ver05. For both launches, results show
the full statistics of each run.
