[Halld] Calibration WG Meeting, Wed. 11/4 @ 11 AM

Dear all,

Additionally, I've created a "calib" variation in the main CCDB.  For those
involved in the Calibration Challenge, as we discussed, please add in the
"neutral" starting values for your tables into the "calib" variation, run
0.  Let me know if you have any questions about this.
