[Halld] Offline monitoring results, 2015-03 ver17, 18

Dear Collaborators,

We started a new offline monitoring launch (ver17) last Friday.
Due to a configuration mistake only the danarest plugin was run,
so another launch was started (ver18).

The results are now on the monitoring webpages:
