[Halld] Upcoming run status

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

  This is an update on the status of the upcoming run:

The accelerator is making steady progress on tuning beam for 12GeV operation.
As of this morning, they had achieved 2.2GeV electrons with 1 pass. They are
on schedule for the Dec. 4th date of 12GeV beam to the Tagger Hall. 

At the RC meeting this morning we decided that we should go ahead and cancel
all shifts prior to the Dec. 4th Day shift. Shifts starting with Dec. 4th Day will be on
standby for now. We will revisit the status of shifts at the RC meeting on Tuesday
Dec. 1st. (There will be no RC meeting Thursday this week due to the
Thanksgiving holiday).

Detector experts are reminded to review items on the Hot Checkout List and get 
them marked off. It would be nice to have much of this done by the RC meeting
on Tuesday next week so we can more easily review the remaining work.

Alexandre returns next week to resume the RC role.
