[Halld] Offline monitoring results, 2015-03 ver14

Dear Collaborators,

We started a new offline monitoring launch (ver14) last Friday,
and the results are now showing up on the monitoring webpages:

We had a few system issues, and I noticed that the volatile
disk was difficult to access, but otherwise it seems
everything was OK. I will give a more detailed report at the
offline meeting on Wednesday.
