[Halld] Shifts cancelled until 8am Wed. 4/6

Hi All,

  The accelerator is undergoing a major retune to address numerous issues that have
accumulated over the current running period. This began yesterday morning at 9am
and will continue over the next few days. As such, all shifts for today (Tues.) are cancelled.
This includes the owl shift for tonight.

Shifts for tomorrow, Wed. April 6, will be on standby starting at 8am. We will continue
to roll shifts into standby as the week progresses until beam is expected.
Thus, anyone who is on shift this week, please send me your phone number
so if your shift does go on standby and we have to call you in, I have that contact info.
