[Halld] Shift Status

Hi All,

 The accelerator is making good progress on retuning the machine. Based on the information
available this morning, shifts for today are cancelled through 8pm this evening. From 8pm
to midnight shift-takers will be on standby. People on owl shift starting at midnight tonight should
plan on coming in and taking those shifts.

  I will get another update this afternoon and based on that, will adjust the shift schedule again
as needed.
