[Halld] Shifts tonight

Hi All,

  I just came from the Wed. accelerator meeting and the PD said it was highly unlikely that
they would get beam to the halls tonight. As such, shifts are put on standby starting at 
midnight and normal shifts will resume at 8:00am. (Shifts today are canceled up to midnight.)

As a reminder, those on standby do not need to report to the counting house, but do need
to be able to get there in a reasonably short amount of time if called.
