[Halld] Shut down of electronics Friday 4/29/16

Hi all,

As the BCAL, FDC and CDC will be on for the open house demonstration, 
the power shut down will take place on Monday, 5/2/2016.
Additional safety measures may need to be implemented by the hall safety 
coordinator regarding the safety of visitors to the hall.
