[Halld] Shut down of electronics Friday 4/29/16

Hi all,

Following a successful Spring run and in preparation for the open house 
this weekend, all of the electronics from the detectors to DAQ in the 
hall and tagger will be turned off, or verified to be off, tomorrow, 
Friday 4/29/2016. The following hardware will be off: HV (CAEN), bias 
and LV bias (MPOD), VME and VXS crates and in succession. These will 
remain off until the Fall run. The status of ancillary systems, such as 
controls, cooling and gas for example, will be appropriately managed by 
sub-system owners.

System owners should send me an email if plans differ, however.
