Hi All,

  The JLab Open House is just 2 days away. They are still desperately looking for volunteers for things
like bus riders or stop monitors. If you know of anyone who many be willing to volunteer a
couple of hours or are willing to do so yourself (outside of any Hall-D volunteer commitment), please
contact the persons listed below.

For those volunteering in Hall-D, I will be the Area Program Coordinator. You should have received a
small business card with some key phone numbers and a place to write my name and number.
My cell phone number is 757-746-6697. You should also write Tom Carstens’ number in case I

Finally, if you have not done the training yet and received your T-shirt and parking pass, then the last
opportunity will be this afternoon at 1pm in the auditorium.
