[Halld] Hall D - plans and rules for the next few days

a) We are planning to keep the solenoid at 1345A till the Apr 28
morning.  Let me remind you that the stray field is large close to the
solenoid bore and can pull in a steel piece (as a wrench) causing a
very serious damage.  The dangerous areas are roped off. The hall is
at restricted access, however it is required to notify the work
coordinator before going into the Hall. The requirement is posted on
the entrance door.

b) The PSS work, scheduled for 15:00-24:00 till May 5, may require to
lock the halls. Hall D is not supposed to be locked today. Beyond
that, the exact schedule is still unclear.

c) For the Open House event, a large tent will be installed on the
Hall D parking lot, on Apr 28. Please park at the gravel patches
behind the Hall.
