[Halld] Update on operations and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

A new schedule was given this afternoon at the accelerator meeting. Accelerator plans to resume 2-hall operations on Monday next week (Dec. 12th). Beam will be tuned during the day (3-pass to Hall A and 5.5 to Hall D) and the expectation is that we get usable beam during the night (Tuesday owl shift). Then during Tuesday, beam delivery will be interrupted at 8am to tune the beam to 4-pass to Hall A. Then, beam to Hall D should be restored during Tuesday swing shift. From then on, there is no plan to interrupt beam delivery until the end of the Fall run, on Dec. 21st.

The shift schedule is now the following:

Shifts are on Standby until Monday, Dec. 14th, 20:00.
Next shifts are regular shifts.

We will have a run coordination meeting tomorrow at 8:45am (A110 for people on site).

We plan to close the Hall this Friday (Dec. 9th) around noon. 

I'll send an update if there is any change in the plan.
