[Halld] Update on operations. Shifts are cancelled tonight

Dear Collaborators,

The 3-pass RF-separation did not go smoothly this morning and it was decided to switch to magnetic separation for Hall A. This means we will not get any beam tonight. Hall A should be done with its 3-pass program by tomorrow morning. At that time, 2-hall operation (4-pass for Hall A) will be attempted again. If this does not work, beam should be delivered to Hall D until the end of the Fall run.

Shifts are cancelled until tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 13th), 16:00. Next shifts are regular shifts.

We will have a run coordination meeting tomorrow at 8:45am. For people on site, it will still be in room A110.
