[Halld] CHL leak found, shift status updated, next run meeting on Wed.

Folks,

Yesterday accelerator personnel found a significant leak in a power 
feed-though into the cold box that houses the compressors for CHL. They 
have now started planning for fixing the leak and restoring machine 
operations. Nominally, the schedule has been delayed by a day from that 
of last week, but the exact schedule is not known. A Friday start is 
posted on the Whiteboard at present.

Shifts are now canceled through Tuesday, March 22 and on stand-by 
Wednesday and Thursday, March 23 and 24. Shift start-up is scheduled for 
Friday, but again, the schedule may change.

We will not have a run planning meeting tomorrow (Tue.). The next 
meeting will be Wed., March 23, at 8:45 am in the Counting House and on 
BlueJeans.
