[Halld] CHL leak found, shift status updated, next run meeting on Wed.

Hi Mark,

Even so my owl shift on Wed is on stand-by (which means
I'm supposed to be around) I'll be driving to JLAB tomorrow
(Tue) anyway. If this stand-by shift will suddenly turn into
a real shift, please let me know at (850) 597-3753.
