[Halld] Cold Box work continues, Wed. shifts canceled

Folks,

At this morning's 8 o'clock meeting we heard about the on-going efforts 
to get the cold box pumped down and the accelerator running. The nominal 
schedule has not changed; the Whiteboard still shows start-up on Friday.

Beam by tomorrow is clearly not going to happen, so shifts are now 
canceled through Wednesday, March 23. Shifts on Thursday, March 24 
remain on standby.
