[Halld] shift schedule change, nominal Sunday start; run meeting Friday

Folks,

The schedule on the Whiteboard 
(https://cebaf.jlab.org/files/ops/accboard/) has changed. Start of beam 
delivery is shown as occurring Sunday, day shift. As a result, shifts 
are now canceled through Friday, March 25, and shifts are on standby 
Saturday, March 26.

Recall that the next run planning meeting is tomorrow (Fri.) at 8:45 am.
