At the run coordination meeting on Friday, we discussed two proposals
for special runs once the beam comes back.

      Zero-Field Running

Lubomir presented a proposal <https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3392044>
for running at zero field, taking advantage of having the solenoid
ramped down. There are several goals, and two sets of running
conditions, one for four hours, one for two.

We agreed to go ahead with his plan. This will be done after initial
beam quality checks.

      Tagger Quadrupole Test

Richard presented a proposal
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/images/d/de/Quadrupolestudy-3-25-2016.pdf>
for testing the effectiveness of the quadrupole upstream of the tagger
magnet for focusing the electron beam on to the middle row of the
microscope counters. For the proposed study the quadrupole will be set
at the target current and a single row of the microscope will be turned
on with the process repeated for each of the five rows. The estimate is
that one hour of running per row should suffice.

We agreed to defer this running until after we re-establish and sustain
normal production running (para/perp/amorphous runs) for a few days at
least. This will allow us to confront any problems that may have crept
in during the down-time as well as discuss details of the plan.
