[Halld] JLab Open House sign-up sheet

Hi All,

  As many of you may know, JLab has an Open House event every 2 years where we
invite the public in to tour the lab and share with them what we we do here. The next
one will be happening in one month on Saturday April 30th. 

We are looking for volunteers to help greet visitors, tell them something about what
we do in Hall-D, and answer any questions. It is actually pretty fun and a good way
to connect to the community that supports us. We need students, post-docs,
researchers, and professors. On the day of the event you will be stationed either 
in Hall-D or in the counting house.

 The Volunteer Registration Page for the event is available at the link below. Once you
go there, go to the section “On-site Accelerator Volunteers”. There are 3 different
groups for Hall-D, please choose from any category where there are slots available. 
This sheet is mainly so you can give your cell-phone and T-shirt size (JLab will provide
you a T-shirt for the day of the event). Your cell phone is needed so they have a way of
communicating to volunteers on the day of the event if necessary.

Please sign up if you expect to be in town on April 30th. Getting the T-shirt will help
identify you as a volunteer on the day of the event.

You may sign up for more than one shift so long as they don’t overlap in time.
