[Halld] GlueX shifts recall, starting Nov. 12th

Dear Collaborators,

The replacement parts for the arc 7 power supply have arrived ahead of schedule. Consequently, Accelerator operations may start earlier than anticipated. In case this happens, the shifts from Nov. 12th (day shift) - Nov. 13th are recalled (they will be in standby).

Thank you for your patience with the changing schedule. A schedule moving up in time is unusual, but a good news for GlueX.
