[Halld] Update on shifts

Dear Collaborators,

The repair of arc 7 power supply is proceeding on schedule. The beam operation will start for Hall D while Hall A is using 4-pass beam. Hence, the commissioning of the RF separator will be done later. Sunday Nov. 13th becomes thus the day when we expect the beam to arrive in Hall D, baring significant problems in the repair of the power supply or the tuning of the beam (which is already tuned up to 4-pass).

Consequently, the standby shifts starting Nov 13th (8am) become now regular shifts. The shifts on Nov. 12th (and 13th midnight-8am) remain on standby. Please remember that you need to be around JLab even if your shifts are on standby.
