[Halld] Beam operation delay, update on shifts

Dear Collaborators,

There has been a vacuum failure on one of the accelerator cryomodule. Accelerator is doing the repairs. A consequence is that the beam operation is delayed. Beam operation is planned to start on Tuesday 15th around 8am, although accelerator did say this is a rather aggressive plan. Otherwise, the power supply repair is proceeding well. 

The shifts now start Monday Nov 14th (swing shift) with the two first shifts (Monday swing and Tuesday owl) being standby. Regular shifts start Tuesday 15th at 8am. Please remember that you need to be around JLab even if your shifts are on standby.

We plan to close the Hall Monday afternoon. The Hall will also need to be closed tomorrow (Thursday 10th) for 1h for PSS certification.
