[Halld] Hall closing today at noon for beam operation

Dear Collaborators,

The repair of the vacuum breach and cooling of the two cryomodules involved in the incident are done. Furthermore, the beam tuning went very well and accelerator is now ahead of its schedule.

Consequently, we will close the Hall and Tagger Vault today near noon. There will still be some time needed to commission the RF separator before we can start operations in Hall D, but the crews of the standby shifts Thursday and Friday should be ready to come to shift on short notice.
