[Halld] Beam operation planned for Thursday swing.

Dear Collaborators,

The accelerator continues to be ahead of schedule. The Hall is now locked-up (presently in controlled access) and the standby shifts of Thursday swing and Friday owl have been upgraded to regular shifts. Beam delivery is presently expected for tomorrow (Thursday) late afternoon.
